Guidelines for manuscript submission and conference participation

Submission Requirements

Submission of Paper

  • Authors are required to submit their manuscript adhering to the specified format.Click here for link
  • Single-blind peer review will be followed.
  • Please select relevant topics from the track areas.
  • The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.

Author Guidelines

  • The manuscript must fall strictly within the scope of the Conference.
  • The manuscript should be written in clear and proper English, with the title and abstract effectively conveying the key aspects of the work and including relevant keywords.
  • The plagiarism level of the manuscript should not exceed 15%.
  • The manuscript must include timely, accurate, and relevant references. Citations should not disproportionately point to the same author.
  • Wherever available, authors are required to provide the DOI number for each cited article.
  • References must include the complete title of the cited work.
  • A maximum of 15 references per manuscript is permitted, with no more than 3 citations from same author.
  • Articles may be formatted in A4 (two-column) layout restricting to 8 pages.
  • Authors are encouraged to use the official Web of Conferences Microsoft Word or LaTeX2e templates for manuscript preparation.
  • Authors must provide a camera-ready PDF and carefully follow the "Camera-ready file preparation" guidelines available on the conference website.
  • Special attention must be given to the correct formatting of author names. Errors in this regard may result in improper indexing.
  • Each manuscript must include a complete academic affiliation for all authors, clearly stating the Department, Institution, City, and Country.

  • Title
  • Manuscripts must be submitted with a full title which appears at the top of the article. The title should reflect the contents of the manuscript and be specific, descriptive, concise, and comprehensible to readers outside the subject field (please avoid abbreviation and a title written in capital letters).
  • Authors and Affiliations
  • The authors should specify in the manuscript their first and last names and relevant addresses (department, university / organization, city, state/province and country).
  • The list of co-authors should remain unchanged after a camera ready paper submission.
  • Abstract
  • The abstract should describe the main objective(s) of the study. It should be informative and report the main results and conclusions.
  • Introduction
  • The introduction should provide background that puts the manuscript into context and allows readers outside the field to understand the purpose and significance of the study. It should define the problem addressed and explain why it is important.
  • Authors
  • Authors who reproduce a figure or a table from another publication should clearly indicate the origin of the manuscript and should also obtain the permission for reproduction from the author(s) and publisher concerned.
  • Each figure and table should be cited in the text. Each figure and table should have a caption.
  • The number of figures is not limited. However, it is important to make sure that all figures are necessary, not redundant, and well designed.

Registration Details

  • At least one author must register to include the manuscript in the conference. If more than one author of an accepted manuscript wish to attend the conference, all such authors need to register separately as listener by paying applicable registration fee.
  • Any accepted manuscript included in the final program is expected to have at least one author attend and present the manuscript at the conference. Non-presented manuscript will not be included in the Journals specified below.

  • The decision of the review committee regarding the selection of manuscript will be final and binding
  • Individual Certificate will be provided for all authors
  • Author can present their work via hybrid mode if needed
  • Best manuscript in each category(Faculty/Industry Professionals/Research Scholars/Students) will receive an appreciation E-Certificate
  • Each registration covers only one manuscript per registrant. Each additional accepted manuscript can be registered as per the category of authors.
  • No refunds will be made after payment.
